"Wade is a great Tech. I was very discouraged when they tried to install my updated system. He first called me on a weekend night to reassure me. He then came out to my house and he never up! A positive attitude even when I was not so positive.I believe he would have worked all night to get my new system working if I had let him! He came back the second day and again keep trying until he was positive that it worked and I was happy. This is the type of employee that all companies need. I was ready to switch companies but he would not let me give up. "
